◎ There are two types: forced draft and induced draft. ◎ Forced draft: Air flows through the fan and then into the tube bundle. ◎ Induced draft: Air flows through the tube bundle and then into the fan. ◎ Forced draft is more economical to operate, and the turbulence generated is beneficial to heat transfer, so it is more commonly used. ◎ Induced draft has uniform airflow, which is conducive to precise temperature control and low noise, and is the direction of development. ◎ The outlet temperature of the hot fluid is mainly controlled by adjusting the air volume passing through the tube bundle, i.e., adjusting the blade angle, fan speed, and louver opening. ◎ For fluids that are prone to condensation and freezing in winter, hot air circulation or steam heating can be used to adjust the outlet temperature of the fluid.

◎ Air heat exchanger using steam with a pressure of 0.4 MPa or less, used with a steam trap; ◎ Uses steel pipe with steel fins, thick pipe wall and large diameter, good corrosion resistance, scaling and freeze cracking performance; ◎ Steam pressure limit 0.8 MPa, it is recommended to use less than 0.4 MPa to prevent high temperature or cracking; ◎ Used as a heating equipment heat exchanger, it can also be arranged in the drying room to dry materials; ◎ Multiple sets can be arranged in the hot air room at the mine entrance to heat the fresh air sent underground; ◎ As a preheater, it increases the temperature of the low-temperature fresh air to prevent the copper pipe heat exchanger in the unit from freezing and cracking.

◎ Air heat exchange device using hot water above 70℃ or steam below 0.4MPa as a medium; ◎ Adopts steel tubes wound with aluminum fins, featuring thick pipe walls and large pipe diameters, offering good resistance to corrosion, scaling, and freeze cracking; ◎ Steam pressure is limited to 0.8MPa, recommended for use below 0.4MPa to prevent high temperatures or cracking; ◎ Can be used as a heat exchanger for heating equipment, or arranged in a drying room for material drying; ◎ Multiple units can be combined and arranged in the hot air room at the mine shaft entrance to heat fresh air supplied underground; ◎ Functions as a preheater to raise the temperature of low-temperature fresh air, preventing the copper tube heat exchanger inside the unit from freezing and cracking.

◎ Air heat exchanger using low-temperature hot water of around 60℃ or 7℃ cold water as a medium; ◎ Using copper tube and aluminum foil, lightweight, good thermal conductivity, maximum pressure limit 1.2MPa; ◎ Thin tube wall, poor corrosion resistance, it is recommended to use hot water not higher than 60℃ during heating; ◎ Thin tube diameter, poor scaling resistance, it is recommended to use the medium after treatment with water treatment equipment; ◎ Good thermal conductivity, antifreeze measures are required: ambient temperature above 5℃, continuous water supply in winter; ◎ When used as an air conditioning equipment heat exchanger, the discharge of condensate water should be considered when cold water is used in summer.
