Main Use
High-mounted radiant conductive heater.
Places of Use
Overall heating for public, commercial, factory, warehouse, agricultural, and livestock farming areas;
Heating for special high-temperature rooms such as aging rooms, drying rooms, fermentation rooms, and hot yoga rooms;
Use in places with high humidity and corrosiveness, such as fresh produce processing and rooms with corrosive gases;
Fixed-point local heating for indoor and outdoor workstations, seating areas, viewing platforms, and duty posts;
Cannot be used in clean rooms or rooms with high dust levels and many suspended particles where hot air disturbance would generate dust;
Ground de-icing for car washes, and installation above entrances of commercial establishments as a heat supplement instead of air curtains.
Product Introduction
◎ Composed of a metal casing, aluminum radiation panel, heating element, insulation layer, and other components;
◎ The radiation panel is sprayed with a special coating, generating harmless far-infrared rays upon heating;
◎ Uses thermal radiation heat transfer, does not directly heat the air, and heat energy is directly absorbed by people or objects;
◎ Human body absorbs heat, similar to sunlight, perceived temperature is 2-5℃ higher than ambient temperature;
◎ If the ambient temperature is lowered by 2-5℃, energy can be saved by about 30%, significantly reducing energy consumption;
◎ Objects absorb heat and then dissipate it, heat energy remains at a low level, reducing the temperature difference in the vertical space;
◎ Noiseless, does not disturb the air to generate dust, does not glow red, high heat conversion rate;
◎ The machine is installed at a high position, the optimal installation height is 2-3 meters, do not touch the high-temperature radiation panel;
◎ Two installation methods: hanging and side wall mounting, without control, requires separate temperature control switch;
