Air Duct Electric Heater ◎ As a low-temperature air duct electric heater, the air temperature after heating does not exceed 160℃; ◎ As an air duct, fresh air unit, and electric heating equipment heating component, it heats the air; ◎ The housing is a single-plate structure, without insulation and heat insulation treatment, and requires an external control box; ◎ Essential functions of the control box: air-heat interlock, electric heater overheat protection, grounding protection; ◎ The housing is made of electrostatic spray-painted carbon steel plate. Air Duct Electric Heater

◎ As an air duct, fresh air unit, and electric heating equipment heating component, it heats the air;
◎ The casing is a single-plate structure, without insulation and heat insulation treatment, and needs to be used with an external control box;
◎ Essential functions of the control box: wind-heat interlock, electric heater overheating protection, grounding protection;
◎ The casing is made of electrostatic sprayed carbon steel plate. For corrosion resistance or high temperature, stainless steel can be used;
◎ The air duct electric heater needs to be hung and fixed separately, and the front and rear flanges are connected to the air duct;
◎ The 0.8m air duct before and after connecting to the electric heater uses insulated and non-combustible insulation materials;
◎ When installing the air duct electric heater, use insulated parts to prevent accidental leakage;

Metal Finned Tube Series
◎ Composed of stainless steel finned tubes, modified magnesium oxide powder, electric heating alloy wires, and casing;
◎ The surface of the electric heater is not energized, suitable for non-explosion-proof places with poor air environment;
◎ The finned tube heater has a large thermal inertia and cools slowly, so the fan needs to be extended to close the time;
◎ With the same electric heating power, the cross-sectional size of the finned tube heater is larger than that of the PTC heater;
◎ The finned tubes are available in 201 and 304 stainless steel materials. Choose the latter for corrosive gases;
◎ There are two types: flange-type straight pipe and flange-type U-pipe. Choose the former for high wind speed and wind pressure.
