◎ Air heat exchange device using hot water above 70℃ or steam below 0.4MPa as a medium; ◎ Adopts steel tubes wound with aluminum fins, featuring thick pipe walls and large pipe diameters, offering good resistance to corrosion, scaling, and freeze cracking; ◎ Steam pressure is limited to 0.8MPa, recommended for use below 0.4MPa to prevent high temperatures or cracking; ◎ Can be used as a heat exchanger for heating equipment, or arranged in a drying room for material drying; ◎ Multiple units can be combined and arranged in the hot air room at the mine shaft entrance to heat fresh air supplied underground; ◎ Functions as a preheater to raise the temperature of low-temperature fresh air, preventing the copper tube heat exchanger inside the unit from freezing and cracking.

    Product Introduction
    ◎ Air heat exchanger using hot water above 70℃ or steam below 0.4MPa as medium;
    ◎ Uses steel pipe wound aluminum fins, with thick pipe walls and large diameter, good corrosion resistance, scaling and freeze-cracking performance;
    ◎ Steam pressure limit 0.8MPa, it is recommended to use less than 0.4MPa to prevent high temperature or cracking;
    ◎ Used as a heating equipment heat exchanger, it can also be installed in a drying room to dry materials;
    ◎ Multiple sets can be combined and arranged in the mine entrance hot air room to heat the fresh air sent underground;
    ◎ As a preheater, it increases the temperature of low-temperature fresh air to prevent the copper pipe heat exchanger in the unit from cracking.

    Precautions
    ◎ The heating capacity is related to the air volume, inlet air temperature, supply and return water temperature, and steam pressure;
    ◎ When ordering, please provide the required heating capacity and the corresponding operating parameters mentioned above;
    ◎ Carbon steel pipes are generally used, and stainless steel materials can be customized if higher corrosion resistance is required;
    ◎ The thermal conductivity is not as good as copper pipes, it is not recommended to use it when the water temperature is low or the steam pressure is too high.
