Product Introduction
Air Duct Electric Heater
◎ As a low-temperature air duct electric heater, the air temperature after heating does not exceed 160℃;
◎ As an air duct, fresh air unit, and electric heating equipment heating component, to heat the air;
◎ The housing is a single-plate structure, without insulation and heat insulation treatment, and needs to be used with an external control box;
◎ Essential functions of the control box: wind-heat interlock, electric heater overheat protection, grounding protection;
◎ The housing is made of electrostatic spray-painted carbon steel plate. For corrosion resistance or high temperature, stainless steel can be used;
◎ The air duct electric heater needs to be hung and fixed separately, and the front and rear flanges are connected to the air duct;
◎ The 0.8m air duct before and after connecting to the electric heater uses insulated and non-combustible insulation materials;
◎ When installing the air duct electric heater, use insulated parts to prevent accidental leakage;
◎ If the air duct electric heater is installed in the ceiling, the ceiling must have an effective inspection opening;
◎ Divided into two series: PTC thermistor ceramic and metal fin tube, both cannot be used for dry burning.

◎ Composed of PTC thermistor ceramic, aluminum heat sink, plate, insulation material, and housing;
◎ The surface of the electric heater facing the wind is energized. Do not touch it. Electric shock protection measures must be taken;
◎ Suitable for heating air without corrosive and combustible gases, conductive dust, and suspended matter;
◎ PTC electric heater has small thermal inertia, fast heating and cooling, and small size can produce large power;
◎ PTC electric heaters have automatic constant temperature physical properties and good overheat and fire prevention performance;
◎ Divided into flange-type non-full coverage, flange-type full coverage, and insertion type. The insertion type is convenient for maintenance.
