Main Use
Heats the fresh air supplied to the mine to prevent ice formation in the mine roadway.
Place of Use
Installed in the hot air room next to the mine entrance.
Product Introduction
It is a product with a large air volume and heating capacity, used in the hot air room next to the mine entrance;
It can be connected to a duct to send hot air into the mine roadway, or blow hot air directly in the hot air room;
The hot air is mixed with unheated fresh air to raise the fresh air temperature to 5℃ before being sent underground;
The mixed heated fresh air can prevent ice formation in the mine roadway and improve the underground working environment;
The hot water type uses high-temperature water above 70℃, and the steam type uses steam below 0.4MPa;
The machine comes with a control box, and the machine is customized according to the fresh air volume, medium temperature, and fresh air temperature.

Precautions
1. Freeze protection: When not in use temporarily in winter, take measures to protect the product from freezing.
(1) The ambient temperature of the product should be above 5℃;
(2) Keep the water supply running to ensure continuous water flow inside the machine heat exchanger;
(3) Drain the water from the machine heat exchanger.
2. Energy-saving measures: Minimize energy consumption while meeting requirements.
(1) Use multiple units and turn on different numbers according to the outdoor temperature;
(2) Configure intelligent control to automatically monitor operating parameters in real-time and achieve minimum energy consumption.
3. Product customization: Customize the product according to the actual parameters and requirements of the site.
(1) Provide supply/return water temperature or steam pressure, fresh air volume, and minimum fresh air temperature in winter;
(2) Provide the dimensions of the installation site building, the required mixed air method, and other requirements.
