Product for sidewall installation and horizontal air supply.

Product Introduction
◎ Fresh air heating equipment using steam below 0.4MPa or hot water above 70℃;
◎ Heats fresh air, preventing indoor temperature drop due to fresh air replenishment, suitable for places requiring large amounts of ventilation;
◎ Uses a carbon steel pipe wound aluminum finned heat exchanger, with thick pipe walls, good low-temperature antifreeze performance;
◎ The machine connects to the wall fresh air inlet, the air duct is equipped with an electric insulated air valve, and it works with the fan;
◎ An insect screen, rain cover, and filter screen need to be installed on the outside of the wall, and a custom control box is required;
◎ If the water temperature or outdoor temperature is low, a pipe electric heater needs to be installed at the front to preheat the fresh air;
◎ Available in high-temperature hot water and steam types. If the water temperature is low, an auxiliary electric heater needs to be added for preheating.
◎ High-temperature hot water type
Water pipes can enter and exit from the same side or both sides, bottom inlet and top return, threaded connection, flange optional.
◎ Steam type
Water pipes can be installed vertically or horizontally, top inlet and bottom outlet, with flange, drain valve required for return water;
It is recommended to use pressure below 0.2MPa to reduce the impact of high temperature on the motor from the heat exchanger;
Use above 0.2MPa pressure requires a solenoid valve, the valve must be closed when the fan stops;
If no solenoid valve is installed, local high temperature around the heat exchanger may trigger motor thermal protection or damage.
